From the kitchen of Angelina Amalfi--


1-1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp curry powder
2 eggs
1-1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ginger
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/4 c. cooking oil
about 20-25 chicken wings, cut apart at joints (discard small, meatless tips)

Mix together all dry ingredients. Lightly beat eggs, dip chicken wings in egg, then breading. Place on cookie sheet, let stand 15-30 minutes. Mix melted margarine and oil and pour or spoon over chicken. Bake 400 degrees, 20 minutes, turn over and bake another 20-25 minutes (until golden).
