From the kitchen of Angelina Amalfi--


2 cups sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 medium eggs (or 2 large)
1 box sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Beat eggs, add sugar, almond and vanilla,then flour mixture. Roll (on a floured board) to look like bread sticks. Cut sticks into 1-1/2 inch pieces. Place on greased cookie sheet, about 1-inch apart. Keep overnight in refrigerator (very important). The next day, bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. They'll be puffy, and almost hollow inside just like bones...well, you get the picture.
