SAUERKRAUT CHOCOLATE CAKE
Cream sugar, margarine, eggs together. Add vanilla. Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt into creamed mixture. Alternate adding cold water, then some sauerkraut and mix, a little at a time, until it is all added in.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Blend thoroughly. If you are going to use frosting in center of the two layers, then I
would double this recipe, making each separately. For a less rich cake, in the center you
can put the following (blended thoroughly):
